1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trendsniper mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Trendsniper is a trend discovery and content research tool for content creators. The App allows you to browse trending content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, search for niche trends, analyze creator performance, and receive weekly trend digests.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits System

Trendsniper uses a credits-based system for custom searches. Each search consumes one credit from your balance. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify the credits system, including pricing and allocation, at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the App by automated means
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit trend data obtained from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or other restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

The Trendsniper App, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Hugo Biais. Trending content displayed in the App is sourced from publicly available data on third-party platforms. We do not claim ownership over third-party content.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of trend data. Trend data is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for content creation decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hugo Biais shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your personal data, search history, and credits. This action cannot be undone.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
